{"id":20396,"date":"2026-03-24T23:59:44","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T23:59:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cancercentertec100.com\/?p=20396"},"modified":"2026-03-25T00:04:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T00:04:44","slug":"bases_moleculares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cancercentertec100.com\/en\/noti-genetica\/bases_moleculares\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTIGEN\u00c9TICA: Bases moleculares"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"cmsmasters_row_\" class=\"cmsmasters_row cmsmasters_color_scheme_default cmsmasters_row_top_default cmsmasters_row_bot_default cmsmasters_row_boxed\">\n<div class=\"cmsmasters_row_outer_parent\">\n<div class=\"cmsmasters_row_outer\">\n<div class=\"cmsmasters_row_inner\">\n<div class=\"cmsmasters_row_margin\">\n<div id=\"cmsmasters_column_\" class=\"cmsmasters_column one_first\">\n<div class=\"cmsmasters_column_inner\"><div class=\"cmsmasters_text\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em><span class=\"TextRun SCXW83700683 BCX8\" lang=\"ES-MX\" xml:lang=\"ES-MX\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW83700683 BCX8\">Por: Dr. Gildardo Zafra de la Rosa<br \/>Genetista de CCT100<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Las 3 principales caracter\u00edsticas del material gen\u00e9tico son la replicaci\u00f3n, la transcripci\u00f3n y la traducci\u00f3n, la primera permite transmitir la informaci\u00f3n de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n, perpetuando as\u00ed la especie, en la transcripci\u00f3n el gen se sufre una transformaci\u00f3n de ADN en ARN, lo cual conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas, a trav\u00e9s del proceso de traducci\u00f3n, en el que el RNA mensajero codificante, aporta el c\u00f3digo gen\u00e9tico que sirve de molde para ordenar a los amino\u00e1cidos en la cadena proteica.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n existe el RNA no codificante, en cual intervienen en la expresi\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n del gen, pero no en la traducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\">La cadena de ADN que act\u00faa como molde para la transcripci\u00f3n recibe el nombre de cadena antisentido, mientras que la cadena hom\u00f3loga que conserva la secuencia de bases y tiene la misma secuencia que el RNA, se llama cadena sentido.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de transcripci\u00f3n es sumamente preciso, para que una cadena de ADN se transcriba requiere de un promotor, que consiste en una secuencia espec\u00edfica de bases que da la se\u00f1al inicial para que, una vez comenzado el proceso, la mol\u00e9cula de RNA abra un segmento que sirve como marco de lectura, llamado ORF, el cual contiene una secuencia de tres bases llamada cod\u00f3n, que permite el inicio del proceso de traducci\u00f3n. El programa gen\u00e9tico normalmente tiene se\u00f1ales para continuar el proceso y para detenerlo utiliza secuencias llamadas cod\u00f3n de paro.
