Este exceso tambi\u00e9n puede producir obesidad y en la actualidad se sabe que \u00e9sta puede ser causante de diferentes enfermedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hombres que toman de m\u00e1s suele acumular m\u00e1s grasa en el abdomen, mientras que las mujeres la acumulan en las caderas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dosis que se recomienda consumir es de 120 ml, lo que equivaldr\u00eda a una peque\u00f1a copa, al d\u00eda.
