Las grasas saturadas tambi\u00e9n se encuentran de forma l\u00edquida en los <strong>aceites de palma y de coco<\/strong>, los cuales se suelen usar en los productos de panader\u00eda disponibles en el supermercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grasas trans<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong>grasas trans<\/strong> son el <strong>peor tipo de grasas alimentarias<\/strong>, y se encuentran de forma natural en peque\u00f1as cantidades en algunos productos de origen animal como la <strong>carne roja, el queso y la leche entera<\/strong>, pero la mayor\u00eda de la grasas trans son de origen sint\u00e9tico que hace que los aceites l\u00edquidos se vuelvan s\u00f3lidos.&nbsp; Se pueden encontrar en la <strong>margarina<\/strong> y en ciertos bocadillos que se compran en el supermercado o en un restaurante, en productos de panader\u00eda y en frituras. <strong>Si ves que dice aceites \u201chidrogenados\u201d o \u201cparcialmente hidrogenados\u201d en una lista de ingredientes, el alimento contiene grasas trans<\/strong>, a\u00fan si la etiqueta de informaci\u00f3n nutricional diga \u201c0 gramos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Asociaci\u00f3n Americana del Coraz\u00f3n recomienda reducir las grasas trans y hacer de las grasas saturadas s\u00f3lo del 5% al 6% de las calor\u00edas totales diarias.<\/strong> Por ejemplo, si comes aproximadamente 2,000 calor\u00edas al d\u00eda, no m\u00e1s de 120 de esas calor\u00edas deben provenir de grasas saturadas.
