El principal objetivo de la cultura de prevenci\u00f3n es hacer conscientes a los pacientes de su salud y de c\u00f3mo le afectan, positiva o negativamente, las decisiones del d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada tipo de c\u00e1ncer tiene distintos s\u00edntomas, causas y factores de riesgo. Sin embargo, hay algunas acciones que podemos realizar en la vida diaria y que reducen el riesgo de padecerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Acompa\u00f1amiento m\u00e9dico a lo largo de las distintas etapas de nuestra vida. Conf\u00eda tu salud a los expertos y visita al m\u00e9dico de forma peri\u00f3dica no solo cuando te sientas mal.<\/li><li>Evitar el consumo de tabaco y alcohol.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Controlar el peso y mantener un estilo de vida saludable. No es necesario hacer 2 hrs de gimnasio diarias, con mantenernos activos es m\u00e1s que suficiente.<\/li><li>Consumo de antioxidantes mediante los alimentos. Dentro de la alimentaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se puede optar por consumir moderadamente embutidos y alimentos ahumados.<\/li><li>Aunque los c\u00e1nceres hereditarios no son tan comunes, es importante que estemos atentos si alg\u00fan familiar es diagnosticado.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Es muy importante entender que el c\u00e1ncer ha evolucionado con el paso del tiempo y los tratamientos para contrarrestarlo tambi\u00e9n. Aunque es inevitable sentir miedo o intriga cuando se enfrenta un diagn\u00f3stico de c\u00e1ncer es importante que los pacientes sepan que esta es una enfermedad que puede curarse si se atiende oportunamente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen muchos estigmas y estereotipos en torno al c\u00e1ncer. Se habla de tratamientos agresivos y deterioro de la calidad de vida de los pacientes.
