Este es provocado cuando exigimos a nuestro cuerpo o mente un rendimiento superior al que se puede soportar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biol\u00f3gicamente, sentimos estr\u00e9s cuando tenemos la repetici\u00f3n de un est\u00edmulo da\u00f1ino a nuestro cuerpo. Por esto se dice que algunos vicios como el alcohol o el tabaco causan m\u00e1s estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos estudios demuestran que existe una relaci\u00f3n estrecha entre el estr\u00e9s y la aparici\u00f3n de tumores malignos. Mantener en esta presi\u00f3n a nuestro cuerpo provoca que se perjudique el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo lidiar con el estr\u00e9s?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es normal que al llevar un tratamiento contra el c\u00e1ncer se sufra de mucha presi\u00f3n. La incertidumbre, el dolor, la preocupaci\u00f3n por el entorno familiar, pueden mantener al paciente bajo mucho estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso se recomienda mantener una rutina de ejercicios. El yoga es una excelente actividad, debido a que es de bajo impacto y relaciona la espiritualidad con la mente y cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tener una sana comunicaci\u00f3n con los familiares o amigos es primordial para no caer en la depresi\u00f3n. Saber que cuenta con apoyo, ayudar\u00e1 al paciente a sentirse mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, es importante que el paciente lleve una terapia psicol\u00f3gica. Al llevar estos tratamientos se viven diferentes cambios emocionales y f\u00edsicos.
