Adem\u00e1s, al contener ajo ayuda a fortalecer el sistema inmune.<\/p>\n<p>8 porciones<\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>1 cebolla<br \/>\n1 diente de ajo<br \/>\n25 hojas de acelga<br \/>\n3 cucharadas de aceite<br \/>\n16 rebanadas de pan integral de caja<br \/>\n\u00bc de queso panela<br \/>\n8 huevos<br \/>\n\u00be de taza de leche<br \/>\nsal y pimienta<\/p>\n<p>Calienta el horno a 180\u00baC<br \/>\nPica finamente la cebolla y el ajo. Quita la parte m\u00e1s dura del tallo a las acelgas y c\u00f3rtalas en tiras finas.<br \/>\nRalla el queso panela o c\u00f3rtalo en rebanadas finas. En un sart\u00e9n con una cucharada de aceite, acitrona la cebolla y el ajo. Agrega las acelgas y coc\u00ednalas a fuego bajo hasta que se cuezan, puedes a\u00f1adirles un poco de agua si fuera necesario. Saz\u00f3nalas con sal y pimienta. D\u00e9jalas entibiar.<br \/>\nUna un refractario o molde para horno con el aceite restante. Corta las cortezas del pan y acomoda una capa de rebanadas, ponles encima una parte de las acelgas y del queso. Contin\u00faa acomodando por capas hasta terminar con el queso. Combina los huevos con la leche y agr\u00e9gales sal y pimienta. Vac\u00eda la mezcla en el molde y refrig\u00e9rala durante 20 minutos hasta que el pan haya absorbido el l\u00edquido.
